Fall …well not quite Fall however time to think about it. The Fall is a good time to hold a garage sale as long as it is before the home is on the market, to de-clutter. And speaking of the garage… Clean it out and organize Remove the cobwebs! A simple sweep up makes a big difference Make a pile of sellable items or items to donate Paint the doors if needed To protect the door finish apply car wax Consider getting shelves and or storage units installed Use empty coffee cans on there side nailed to the wall for various items such as paintbrushes, wrenches, or other various tools Make sure lights in and outside the garage work Enthusiasm is that special quality that makes thing happen. I think of it as the wind that whips the flames of desire into a burning inferno. In reality, enthusiasm is just a sate of mind...an emotion...which you control. Thomas D. For selling it should be cleaned and even though used for storage it should also have room for that vehicle.
