Maintenance Tips for Selling

You may not want to think of fireplaces during this heat however this is the time to think of just that!

  • If you are one of those fortunate few who still have a good old fashioned wood burning fireplace now is the time to get it inspected and cleaned.
  • Have your furnace serviced and the filter replaced

  • Check those attic fans

  • Wash the exterior of your house but be careful of power washers as they can force water where it may encourage mildew.  A simple garden hose is good.

  • Clean the coils on the back or underneath your refrigerator

  • Clean your your dryer vent system

  • Clean your stove fan and filters
  • Replace washers on any leaky taps

Remember the importance of the appearance of a well cared for home!
