The Season

A brand new year with a year filled with weekends is just around the corner.  Make your home new year resolutions to take care of those home improvement needs.  Start your Spring cleaning early for the Spring market.  Check those storage and de-cluttering projects.  

Enjoy the season and appreciate all that you have accomplished this past year while looking forward to a New Year full of new projects and uplifting changes.

With the Christmas Season upon us take time to safe guard your home from intruders while away or out visiting friends and relatives.  Keep some lights on timers set at different times, stop the delivery of newspapers, have a neighbour pick up anything left at the door, and leave the message on your answering machine as if you are at home.

Staging Advice

Eliminating clutter is key for preparing your home for the market.  Buyers are not interested in trophies, family photo's or various collections.
